Biersbach Development has earned the reputation as a Preferred Developer for Rite Aid since 1996. The 14,756 square foot East Lansing Rite Aid was built in 2007 and represents the first "world-concept" platform for Rite Aid. Biersbach's ability to work with a contaminated site is well-represented with this project due to contamination which was 24 feet deep as a former Sunoco Gas Station was situated on this highly visible, hard-corner site. Additional Rite Aid developments include eight in the tri-county market area.
