Biersbach Construction built this high-end, Class “A,” 14,500 square foot medical/professional office building in 2005. Specific construction tasks for custom build-to-suit assignments included attention to sound control and heating and air conditioning efficiency via the use of an abundant supply of "dead-zone" sound-deadening insulation.

1103 Cedar Street, Mason

This 10,400 square foot Class “A” medical office building was custom-built in 2007 for Drs. Daniel and Kyle Gulick to service dental patients, as well as for Dr. Richard Sims of Professional Eye Care Centers. Both suites were built to unique high-level standards. It was necessary to construct the Gulick suite in a basement in order to house equipment.

1500 Watertower Place, East Lansing

Biersbach Construction custom-built this class “A ”medical office building. Specifically, approximately 2,200 square feet of intricate dentistry space for Dr. Brian Ruster was built in 2008. The attention to detail exercised by Biersbach Construction and its contractors was evident given the curved walls and flooring, as well as the woodwork craftsmanship.

Class “A” high-end 12,000 square foot medical office building built in 2007. Orthodontics Specialists of Mid-Michigan occupy custom-built space in this two-story building. Patients are pampered in this “no-expense spared,” absolutely gorgeous medical office space. The unique exterior architectural detail is a prime example of “no expense” spared. In addition, the building is on a full basement, which is fully furnished, combining entertainment and storage needs.
