Chad E. Biersbach is Vice President and has been with the company since 1993 working in all areas of the company with an emphasis on site location, acquisition, and site development.  He is also responsible for all property management of proprietary inventory.  Mr. Biersbach attended the University of Toledo and has completed several courses at the University of Wisconsin, Construction Management School. Mr. Biersbach is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Michigan.

Joseph Biersbach is President/Managing Partner and possesses extensive experience in all phases of commercial development, as well as construction management. In addition, Mr. Biersbach has also served as General Partner in over 40 retail developments. Mr. Biersbach is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Michigan.

Biersbach Development, LLC, has a long-standing commitment to the local community given its extensive development history.  The company specializes in retail and medical office development and construction.  Biersbach Development is responsible for acquisition, zoning, financing and construction of properties.  The company has branded itself as a premier medical developer having built over 25 medical practices locally given its niche focus on medical office development.

Development history dates back to 1978 with development projects in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kentucky, New York and Pennsylvania.  Biersbach Development has been a Preferred Developer for Rite Aid Pharmacy since 1996.  Other pharmacy platform developments include CVS and Walgreens across the country.  Additional retail development includes Panera Bread (five locations), Culver's (Grand Ledge), Blockbuster, several restaurants, and a vast number of retail centers such as Plaza Okemos at Grand River and Dobie.  This plaza hosts Bank of America, Panera, and various service retail tenants.
